Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Handiculture, a trademark owned and marketed by PHD International. We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with quality handicraft items delivered to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below:

Shipping Time and Delivery

Ready-to-Dispatch Products: For products that are ready to dispatch, we ship within 7 business days from the date of order.
Made-to-Order Products: Certain items, especially customized or handcrafted pieces, are made upon order. For these products, the crafting time is included in the shipping period. You will be notified of the expected shipping time at the time of order confirmation.
Furniture and Large Items: For large items like furniture, shipping is managed through reliable and professional networks to ensure safe delivery. This may take longer than regular items but will be shipped within a week.

Delivery Time

Within India: Orders are usually delivered within 14 days from the date of order.
International Orders: For international shipments, delivery may take up to 30 days from the date of order. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. For large and oversized items, additional shipping fees may apply.
Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your shipment's status.

Delivery Responsibility

Handiculture is not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, customs procedures, or by the courier companies themselves.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, it is their responsibility to coordinate with the courier company for re-delivery or pickup as per the courier's policies.
